Cashfree supports fund withdrawals through different products. The process varies depending on whether you’re using Payments (PG), Payouts, or SecureID.Payments (PG) To initiate an on-demand withdrawal from Payments Gateway:
  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
  2. In the left navigation panel, go to Settlements.
  3. Select On-demand from the dropdown.
  4. Click Withdraw Now next to the available balance.
  5. A list of previously initiated withdrawals is also displayed on this screen.
PayoutsTo initiate withdrawal funds from your Cashfree Payouts wallet:
  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Fund Sources > Cashfree Wallet.
  3. Under the Overview section, click Withdraw next to Last Withdrawal.
  4. Enter the withdrawal Amount and Remarks, then click Withdraw.
SecureIDTo withdraw funds from your SecureID account:
  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
  2. In the left navigation panel, go to Accounts.
  3. A summary of your account transactions will be displayed.
  4. Click Withdraw to initiate the fund withdrawal.
Withdrawal guidelines:
  • Maximum 3 withdrawals allowed per day.
  • Funds are credited only to your registered business bank account.
  • Processing time is between 8:00 AM and 6:45 PM, Monday to Saturday except 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
  • Withdrawals are non-reversible once submitted.
  • It may take 30 minutes to a few hours for the credit to reflect.
