Overview

Learn how to cancel or reactivate a subscription or payments associated with a subscription.

Manage your subscriptions by canceling active subscriptions to stop future charges or reactivating canceled subscriptions to resume billing. You can also cancel pending payments (charges) that have not yet been debited from the customer’s account.

Use the Merchant Dashboard for manual management or the API for programmatic control of subscriptions and payments.

Dashboard

Cancel or reactivate subscriptions (Dashboard)

To manage a subscription:

1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
2. Select Subscriptions > All Subscriptions, and then select the subscription you want to manage.
3. Select Manage Subscriptions.
4. Select Cancel to stop future charges, or select Reactivate to resume a canceled subscription.

Cancel a payment (charge) from the Dashboard:

1. Open the payment details page for the charge you want to cancel.
2. If the payment is still pending (not yet debited), click Cancel to stop the debit.
