Customers drop off at checkout due to multiple reasons like lack of clarity on pricing, delivery, payment issues, and others. To convert these high-intent customers, we have released a workflow via WhatsApp and SMS that can recover up to 4% of these lost orders.

You can view and download corresponding reports from the payment gateway dashboard > Reports section.

Activation

You can reach out to us by filling out the Support Form for activation with the following details:
  • Duration after which the message should be sent
  • Offer details to nudge customer. The offer can be a flat amount or a percentage value (Optional).
