Brand your payment experience by using your own domain for payment pages instead of Cashfree’s default URL. How It Works? Transform your payment URL from: https://payments.cashfree.com/yourpage to https://your-website.com/pay This helps you maintain brand consistency and build customer trust with a seamless user experience. Before you start accepting payments, you need to prove you own the domain. This CNAME record:
  • Verifies your domain ownership
  • Allows Cashfree to issue an SSL certificate
  • Enables secure HTTPS connections

Setup steps

Update CNAME entry to point your custom subdomain to Cashfree’s servers. This routes payment traffic to Cashfree’s infrastructure.
Your subdomain: pay.yourwebsite.com
Name: pay
Target: tf-lb-20240305135606644700000001-442215710.ap-south-1.elb.amazonaws.com
Add this record to enable HTTPS:
Name: _2246c8630409cf6021133086afba7e89.pay
Target: _2a65ff2f36643d8fdc502f0e1753c21e.djqtsrsxkq.acm-validations.aws
That’s it! Your customers now see your domain throughout the entire payment process.
