Spark is available from the search bar at the top of every Merchant Dashboard page. Instead of navigating to a specific page, filter, or workflow, type a question or use voice input, in English or in your own language, and Spark reads your account data, investigates, and acts on your behalf.
  • “Why did my settlement come in lower than expected?” Spark investigates your account data and explains the discrepancy.
  • “Why did this payment fail?” Spark finds the transaction and explains the failure reason.
  • “Refund the second one.” Spark resolves this against the failed payments it just listed, checks eligibility, asks you to confirm, and processes the refund.

Try asking

Spark understands plain language questions about your business, including diagnostic questions that would otherwise take you across several dashboard pages to answer. Here are a few prompts to get started.
  • “Sales today”
  • “Why is today’s settlement lower than yesterday’s?”
  • “Next settlement”
  • “Refunds this week”
  • “Success rate”
  • “Check recent tickets”
  • “Create a 10% discount offer for all customers”

How Spark works

Spark is built as a multi-agent system. An orchestration layer routes each request to domain-specific agents and their own tools, which lets Spark investigate a request and act on it, rather than only generate an answer.
  • Grounded: Every response is fetched live from the same services that power the dashboard, covering sales, settlements, refunds, disputes, and support tickets. If Spark cannot retrieve a figure, it says so instead of estimating one.
  • Gated: Reading is free. Anything that changes data or moves money requires your explicit confirmation, and Spark shows the exact steps it will take before you approve them.
  • Auditable: Spark follows the Merchant Dashboard’s existing authorization model. If your role cannot perform an action in the dashboard, it cannot perform that action through Spark. An alias user is limited exactly as they would be when clicking through the dashboard, and reporting actions stay restricted to account owners.
  • In context: Spark retains context within a conversation, so a follow-up such as “and refund the second one” resolves against what you were just looking at, without repeating earlier details.
Spark runs on Cashfree’s own infrastructure, inside your existing account and permissions. There is nothing to install, and Spark doesn’t create a separate copy of your data.

Access Spark

You can open Spark from any page in the Merchant Dashboard by following these steps.
1

Open the search bar

Select the search bar at the top of the dashboard. It’s labelled Ask Spark about your business.
2

Enter your question

Type your question, or select the microphone icon to ask using voice.
3

Review the response

Spark opens in a side drawer with a response, rendered as metrics, tables, charts, or a proposed action. If you ask for a report, Spark returns a summary in the drawer with a link to download the full file. You can ask follow-up questions, expand the drawer to full screen, or start a new conversation at any time.
Spark generates responses from your account data for guidance only. Review any suggested action before you confirm it.

What Spark can do

Query and diagnose

Ask Spark about your business performance, and it returns a structured answer with supporting charts or tables where relevant.

Take action

Spark can also make changes to your account on your behalf. Before it does, it always presents the exact steps it will take and asks you to confirm.
  • Process a refund.
  • Create a new offer or coupon.
  • Pause an active offer.
  • Initiate an instant settlement.
  • Create a payment link.
  • Generate a report.
  • Cancel an order.
